• Web page– www.debocaenbocacancun.com.- Whoever acts as an intermediary, offering the "CLIENT" the various tourist services directly provided by a PROVIDER, hereinafter referred to as the "WEBSITE".

• Customer– Person who uses the "WEB SITE" www.debocaenbocacancun.com., in order to make use of the intermediation and reservation engine of "DE BOCA EN BOCA CANCUN", in order to enjoy any of the tourist services provided directly by the final SUPPLIER, hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT".

• Supplier– Natural or legal person who directly provides the tourist services to the "CLIENT", contracted, reserved or acquired by the latter through the intermediation and reservation engine of the "WEB SITE" www.debocaenbocacancun.com.

Object

It consists of the INTERMEDIATION that will exist between the DE BOCA EN BOCA CANCUN site www.debocaenbocacancun.com., the "CLIENT" and the PROVIDERS, where DE BOCA EN BOCA CANCUN for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, will act solely and exclusively as an INTERMEDIARY, from its operations center located in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo, providing THE "CLIENT" through its "WEB SITE", including but not limited to, the ground transportation Reservation service; Reservation in hotels and lodging establishments; Reservation of travel packages; car reservation; excursions, cruises, among others, so once the reservations are confirmed to the "CLIENT" by DE BOCA EN BOCA CANCUN containing the tourist services chosen by the "CLIENT" (according to their availability), it will conclude with the provision of the intermediation service by DE BOCA EN BOCA CANCUN through its "WEBSITE" www.debocaenbocacancun.com., since said tourist services will be provided to THE "CLIENT" by the SUPPLIERS directly.
